What is the delegate plus pass and how much does it cost?
We are pleased to offer the delegate plus pass, which allows you to upgrade your complimentary place for just £50 and benefit from the following:

Are there discounts for group or "bring a colleague" bookings?
Group discount is applicable for 5 or more delegates booking from the same organisation and are invoiced to the same address. Each delegate will receive a £30 discount in addition to the early bird discount (if applicable).
Bring a colleague discount is applicable for 2 delegates booking from the same organisation and are invoiced to the same address. Each delegate will receive a £20 discount in addition to the early bird discount (if applicable).
Will the slides be made available after the conference?
The presentations will be available to download from 1 December onwards. Once uploaded by the date given, all presentation slides remain on the NAPC website until May the following year. Should you wish to view the slides after this date please contact book@napcannual.co.uk with the presenter name, the track and which day the presentation was on.
To complete the download please enter the password (case sensitive) as provided on page 3 of your delegate pack. If you have lost the password please email the customer service team stating the event name and date.
I made a booking but have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
A confirmation email will be sent to the booker and all delegates within 24 hours of making an online or telephone booking. If you have not received your confirmation email please contact the customer service team (020 7921 8575) stating the method of original booking (fax/email/post/telephone), main booker/delegate name and date of booking or postage of booking form.
For bookings sent via post the customer service team will endeavour to send a confirmation email within 48 hours upon receipt. Participants will only be admitted to the conference if full payment has been received before the conference opens on 1 November 2011.
I need to make changes to my booking
If a participant changes his/ her registration details after initial registration, changes will be automatically confirmed via email. We ask participants to make any personal changes to the online form themselves. Access to the online form is protected by a password, created by the participant when he/she first registers.
What if I want to cancel my booking?
All cancellations must be made by email to book@napcannual.co.uk and acknowledged by UBM Medica.
If you do not attend the event without cancelling 10 days before, your credit card will be charged a £45.00 administration fee.

Will refreshments be made available? Who should I make aware of my dietary requirements?
Refreshments will be served at the times set out in the conference programme. We serve a limited vegetarian option at all events but should you require a specialist diet (i.e. wheat/dairy intolerance) please contact the office for assistance if you have not already done so.
NB Halal, Kocher, etc can be ordered in specifically however this incurs an additional charge of £75 on top of your conference fee. If you would like further details or to purchase a specific meal please contact book@napcannual.co.uk
Who should I make aware of my access requirements?
To help us ensure that all delegates attending the conference are able to participate fully, please let the conference team know about any additional requirements that you may have.
What should I do upon arrival at the conference?
Upon arrival at the venue, the conference Organiser will supply you with a badge and documentation pack. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the fire/evacuation procedures. If the venue has cloakroom facilities, items may be left there at your own risk. UBM Medica nor the venue can be held responsible for any loss or damage to property.
